Efficiency Meets Innovation
My journey began as a full-time Human Resources Supervisor at Six Flags America, where I was responsible for recruiting and onboarding over 2,000 seasonal staff before opening day. From coordinating live concerts and special events to managing entertainment logistics and staffing, I gained deep operational insight across multiple departments. I learned how to manage people, pressure, and moving parts—skills that now shape how I build systems for others.
Over the next 15+ years, I worked across state government and IT consulting—supporting both internal HR operations and external public sector clients. I’ve built HR departments from the ground up, implemented COMAR-aligned workflows, and helped teams turn spreadsheets, reports, and deadlines into automated, repeatable systems.
I’m not a “software vendor.” I’m someone who’s been inside the broken processes—when forms are late, approvals are missed, or people are trying to meet policy deadlines without visibility. I started building internal tools to fix that. And eventually, those tools became what I now call Project Rome: a modular framework that strengthens your existing processes without making them more complicated.
My approach is thoughtful, lightweight, and grounded in real experience. I design systems based on how people actually work—not just how the policy says they should. I’m constantly asking: What’s the pain point? What’s the missed step? And what data already exists that we can use to drive this forward?
Whether I’m helping a solo entrepreneur build out their first operations tracker or supporting a government team that needs compliance and classification logic—my focus is the same: build systems that create clarity, consistency, and confidence.
In addition to systems consulting and HR support, I bring experience in regulatory compliance, certification management, and administrative precision across multiple industries.
I understand how critical it is to meet compliance requirements while keeping operations smooth. Whether it's an MBE recertification deadline or helping a team navigate leave and benefits, I bring both precision and empathy to the process.
My services are built for those who are juggling real-world responsibilities and need systems that actually work—without the complexity or high costs of enterprise platforms.
If you’ve ever said, “I just need something that works,”—that’s where I come in.
Workflows that align with policy and people. From lifecycle tracking to classification templates, I build HR systems that reduce chaos and improve clarity.
Automations built on Google Workspace, Apps Script, and existing reports—designed to enhance your tools, not replace them.
Streamlined spreadsheets, tracking tools, and lightweight dashboards that help entrepreneurs and small teams stay organized and in control.
At Dooley Development & Designs, I build practical systems that solve today’s problems—without bloated features or overwhelming complexity.
Even when a human step remains—such as changing a status or updating a row—the system takes care of the rest: triggering reminders, updating views, and preventing missed deadlines.
Simple, well-structured fields unlock powerful automation. They connect disparate processes, eliminate repetition, and provide complete visibility across your operation.
Using data integrity to streamline the process and reduce human error.
Project Rome is a modular system designed to bring structure, automation, and visibility to your operations—without requiring you to abandon the tools you already use. It connects reports, policy timelines, and workflows using logic, not software bloat.
I built a system that auto-downloaded timesheet attachments, renamed them using employee IDs, and generated billing emails—reducing invoice prep time by 70%. That same logic now powers document generation, reminders, approval flows, and project lifecycle tracking within Project Rome.
Whether you're pulling reports from Workday, ADP, or a shared spreadsheet, Project Rome adapts to your ecosystem—bringing clarity, consistency, and automation to processes that used to rely on memory and follow-up emails.
